Common Sense Return Policy:

PLEASE NOTE: PartsReplacementStore.com is a division of OSN Stores, LLC (OSN Stores). Any contacts made to PartsReplacementStore.com will be handled by the great customer service representatives at OSN Stores.

  • OSN Stores does not accept returns after 30 days from date of shipment from the manufacturer or OSN Stores.
  • All returns or even exchanges must have a return authorization number. Contact OSN Stores, LLC customer service at 330-664-9781 or email customerservice@PartsReplacementStore.com  to get a return number. Returns or even exchanges must be received within thirty (30) days of issuance of Return Authorization to receive credit or be eligible for exchange.
  • Manufacturer's Defects: New products with defects in manufacturing are eligible for return. When requesting a return number, please indicate that the merchandise is defective, and we will provide a shipping label via email to return the item at no shipping cost.
  • Shipping Errors: New products that do not match the original order are eligible for return.

     

    Even Exchange Procedure:

     

    • Contact a helpful OSN Stores Customer Service Rep at 330-664-9781 or email customerservice@PartsReplacementStore.com  for a return authorization number and the return address; have your original order number and product number ready.
    • Ship your package back to us with the return number clearly written on the box. Once the even exchange is received, we will ship the new item. To expedite your even exchange, email us with the tracking number from the return shipment.

       

      Return Procedure:

       

      • Contact a helpful OSN Stores Customer Service Rep at 330-644-9781 or email customerservice@PartsReplacementStore.com  for a return authorization number and the return address; have your original order number and the product number ready. Customer Service will advise of any restocking fees at this time.
      • Ship your package back to us with the return number clearly written on the box.
      • Once the return is received, we'll credit your credit card account, less shipping charges and any applicable re-stock fees (see below for more information). Once a credit is issued to your card, it should appear on your statement within 72 hours.

         

        It's important to note the following:

         

        • OSN Stores does not refund shipping costs for returned items, unless there is a product defect. Product defects are confirmed at time of receipt.
        • Circuit Boards once removed from protective foil wrap will not be accepted for return.
        • Some items require a 15% re-stocking fee. This is by manufacturer, and we will advise you this when we issue your return number.
        • OSN Stores does not accept returns after 30 days from date of shipment from the manufacturer.
